You can trust that I will continue to be fair and independent – and treat all citizens equally under the law.  Following my 2007 appointment to the bench by Governor Sonny Perdue, I have cleared more than 1000 cases from my docket.  You can trust that I will continue to efficiently and effectively run my courtroom to the benefit of all citizens of Cobb County.

As a 21-year litigator, I have the experience necessary to continue to serve as your Superior Court Judge.  I have been in both private practice as well as in the service of the people of Georgia when I served for a decade in the Georgia Attorney General’s Office.

I have a lifelong dedication to service, and I want to continue the tradition of my family in Cobb County.  I learned the value of giving back to the community from my mother and father, Carole and Coach “Corky” Kell.  I am honored to serve you as your Superior Court Judge and promise to continue to honor the trust that has been bestowed upon me.
